If I was kicked out of the USA, I would be very hard pressed to find a nation that legally and formally protects both my First and 2nd Amendment rights.

How about our 5th Amendment rights? How many nations give you a presumption of innocent, rather than guilty until proven innocent? France and Japan consider you guilty until proven innocent.

How many nations can't employ Double Jeopardy, trying you twice for the same crime? Even if it is just the prosecution appealing a verdict of not-guilty.

You don't even have a right to a trial by a jury of your peers in Germany.

I once thought maybe Australia would be an option if I had to leave America for some baffling reason. The tyrannical way Australians were treated during the Covid shut-downs was very telling. America was bad. Australia was far worse.

Nope, I am here and I am staying. I will go down with the ship. I can't see an overall improvement in any other country on earth. Many nations are far better with specific features, but I can't find any place as good as America all the way around. Nope.

OP isn't looking for financial profit but a different kind of quality of life.

Although a lot of other countries are terrible for fundamental rights. They also don't pull you over for a stop sign incident then blast a million bullet holes through you. Or knock on the wrong door and blast a million bullet holes through the house because they see you walking up to answer the door. Or blast a million bullet holes through you because you got disgruntled because they spent their whole interaction with you trying to frame you for escalating while escalating and instigating and lieing the whole time.

Also those countries don't hand life time jail sentences for every little thing. Supposedly even for murder it's often like just 5 years. They're incredibly humane in how they treat and sentence people.

Also the 5th and a ton (all) of the others are outside the window in america as well. All "terrorism" incidents the 5th goes out. All tax related incidents the 5th goes out. And that doesn't even go in to how they allow subversve intelligence groups like antifa etc to operate as police officers without oversight, or corporations to band together to deny any of the amendments rights etc.

I have never heard a Democrat, progressive, or liberal(take your pick) talk about using civil war to "take the country back". No matter who is in charge, someone will find something wrong with the policies put in place. I learned a long time ago to just go with the changes. People have beliefs and sometimes are irrationally tied to those beliefs and want everyone else to follow those beliefs. That's why we get polarization. It's always there, it's just worse than normal today for a variety of reasons.

I am glad you are leaving because you are too delusional and uninformed to be here in America.

America is always the first to offer assistance and send international aid overseas in a natural disaster.

America is constantly and consistently ranked as the world's most generous nation.

70% of Americans would help a stranger.

60% of Americans donate money to charity.

40% of Americans volunteer their time.

American hospitals fly dying people babies in from overseas from around the world and save their lives at no cost...

Ah forget it, never mind... You are not worth my time and effort.

Goodbye and good riddance.

The poison pills are too much corruption and/or greed. Unfortunately, in this country it has become apparent that both of these maladies are in full effect.

Sure, you could be happy here, but only if you either buy into both or even just one and ignore the other. You could also try to insulate yourself with more money, but you need quite a bit of it to convincingly avoid the drudgery. So maybe 10% can really pull it off, without comical levels of willful ignorance required.

Problem is, a lot of people foolishly believe they are in the 10%, not withstanding the fact that if you openly realize your f’ed, your told to take profit driven pharmaceuticals. Insidious bit of irony right there…

Do people realize we're only a few steps away from Israel killing people in America and it being illegal for anyone to talk about?

Are you kidding? You think they won't do what they do to gaza here if they want or feel they need to?

To the op.
I have lived my 85 years in the United States, and as I see it, the problem is not the country, it is you.
Obviously you never learned to adjust to changing times.
All the "problems" you speak of having to do with the United States are just as bad in most other countries.
You strike me as the kind of person, that if some ethnic family, other than your type , moved next door to you, you would sell your house and move.
So what I say to you, and others like you, don't let the door kick you in the a$$ on the way out.
Good riddance.

I saw nothing in the OP's post that would indicate that their problem is with ethnic families that are here legally and not posing any problems.

You are reading far more into his remarks than he has stated. It is true that our country is changing for the worse in some ways. So in essence our country is the problem not him. However, our country still has some good things going for it so most Americans will stay here and suck it up and some will seek change through violent and non-violent ways if it gets any worse.
