Woke is divisive, intolerance disguised as tolerance and one of those most toxic things to somehow snake it way into society.

Every facet of woke is toxic while being dressed up in social justice. It foments division. Every facet of it is designed to chip away at the current social norms, again, dressed up as social justice, but it's anything but.

CRT is clearly garbage, just a three to five minutes review of the highlights and you know it's crap. DEI is a little more disguised, but it's garbage too.

The equity part when put into practice clearly, I mean clearly, violates the 1964 civil rights act. It's why many large corporations are slowly dialing it back. DEI officer hires are down 60%, from what I've heard. It's loads and loads of potential lawsuits just waiting to happen, anyone with any basic understanding should be able to see it for what it is.

The country is in the midst of a massive social contagion, but I think we might be starting to finally see it.

It is the equivalent of a religion with the Prophet being Marx, and their book being the Communist Manifesto. Also Marxism has caused more deaths in the last 100 years than all religions combined, to add a kink into the Leftist that like to say "Religion has caused more deaths than non-religious people or countries".

Well, one thing is for certain: he clearly isn't an AI-bot programmed with left wing ad hominem responses.

Hint, hint...

Well, CRT and DEI was created and perpetuated by Marxists/Communists so no surprise there. From Derrick Bell the father of CRT, to Richard Delgado, Angela Davis, Patrisse Cullors, to Mari Matsuda, all American Hating, admitted Marxists/Communists

The misuse of these words is something to see. They've been twisted into meaning...essentially nothing.

Karl Marx was one of those coffee sipping Socialists that drove Mussolini to Fascism.

Sort-of. There's a reason virtually all of the truly great economists - Morgenstern, Samuelson, Keynes, Friedman and key contributors like von Neumann and Nash to name just a few were mathematicians, engineers and physicists.

There is no question that forces on the extreme left like Marx (communist), Piketty (communist) and Sen (communist) and the same on the right like von Mises (only contracts matter), Rothbard (only contracts matter) have each done all possible to ruin legit economic study.

This thread feels like "everything I don't like is Marxism" and "everything I don't like is Woke" merged into one single fallacy.

I've met and seen a bunch of anti-woke young folk recently. Its encouraging, but I doubt we are going to get back to the awesome care free times we had in the 70s/80s/90s with free for all for movies like Blazing Saddles, Airplane, Porkys, American PIe, etc. before the divisive woke nonsense took over Hollywood and didn't allow fumy things to be funny anymore.
