Biden on the other hand said "come on down" welcome to America NEWCOMERS. There is no choice if you are working class if you want to stand on your own feet and not fall from the working class to just another part of the Welfare Class. Giving the Government even greater power to do what they will since the Welfare Classes is more easily manipulated by threats to their Government handouts.
Do you really think the working class americans want the jobs that immigrants take???? If so, where is your sense of good old fashion american capitalist competition? If immigrants can work hard and grind out the work, what's wrong with americans working hard???? Suddenly you want socialism and government protection??? What an inconsistent logic.

No it isn't because CATO in particular is left leaning.

Here's an example of what I mean.

https://www.cato.org/commentary/ille...-isnt-invasion

From the article....."Overheated rhetoric is a ploy to treat migrants like enemy combatants".

The topic was illegal aliens, not migrants. They also went on to say that what's going on at our border isn't an invasion. Are they for real? Those are all left leaning talking points.

Read the whole article and it will only reinforce that they are left leaning.

The problem isn't legal immigrants that come here for a better life and are willing to work for it. The problem is illegals coming here to take advantage of our country. They drain our social services and then undercut our lower class workers, and can afford to because they are basically subsidized by our government.

Trump is Pro America which includes everyone of us from the citizens to Legal Immigrants to the workers and the rich. Trump is even for the misguided youth that are fighting the Police and tearing up campuses.

Biden is Against America which means he and his ilk are working against us all.

It is that simple.

What little truth that I can glean from everything that is out there is that Trump is an isolationist. Isolationism put us in a very troublesome spot in December of 1941. We had four aircraft carriers in the Pacific at the end of 1941. The Japanese had 6 heavy carriers and 3 light ones. In the first sea engagement of WW 2 in the Coral Sea we lost the Lexington and the Japanese lost a similar size carrier. The Yorktown was heavily damaged but was operational in the Battle of Midway.

What I'm saying here is that we were lucky that the Japanese didn't know what hit them in the Battle of Midway. Because of our distance from the enemies we became complacent and were vulnerable.

I said above that Trump is an isolationist. I think that his approach to foreign affairs shows a lack of experience. By helping Ukraine we are weakening Russia, and we haven't lost a single American soldier. This is almost ample payback for the 100,000 American dead fighting the Soviets and their proxies since 1949.

As much as I would like to be isolated from the rest of the world, there is no way it would be feasible or beneficial. And helping Ukraine, and Israel is great, up to a point. There is no reason we need to be at the top of the list of donors of aid to these countries, while our own countries problems keep growing.
