The migrants published a document with 13 specific demands before they acquiesce to Denver Human Services’ request to leave the encampments and move to more permanent shelters funded by the city.

The list sent to Mayor Mike Johnston included requests for provisions of "fresh, culturally appropriate" food, no time limits on showers and free immigration lawyers, the outlet reported.

Also in their demands......Medical professional visits will happen regularly & referrals/connections for specialty care will be made as needed."

As a Sanctuary city, Denver should force the current residents to leave to make room for the incoming migrants.

It'd be a real pleasure watching these people get exactly what they deserve.

Enter a country under false pretenses and then make demands. Only in the West.

They are moving to sanctuary cities, non sanctuary cities, suburbs and rural areas. We voted for all of this, including the pro Wall Street Rhino Republicans.

When I say vote them all out, I mean ALL of them. Connected, friendly, blond, brunet, rich, poor, fat or skinny. You want to end this insanity, you need to believe that this country is full or at the very least, should only accept migrants to keep the population from dropping. Otherwise, those in power will treat your vagueness as Carte Blanche to flood the country.

As a third culture kid who was born in the US, grew up in Germany and Japan, I have to say that this whole "illegal immigrant" thing is a culture shock to me. It is just strange.

They (Germany and Japan) are extremely difficult countries to fly under the radar in as you need to prove your ID and legal status to do almost anything. Undocumented people have virtually no chance of escaping detection.

These countries are simply not attractive to illegal immigrants. It is really in the best interest of individuals in this situation to regularize their status through legal channels if possible.

I think only in America, the government tells their own citizens, "You need these illegals because you are too darn lazy."

Americans buy into it, not necessarily because they are more gullible. There exists here, the most advanced and gigantic propaganda machine ever to exist in human history. People here also look up to the rich more than anywhere else in the developed world. Americans truly believe they are or could be in the 10% or are honorary members somehow. Thus the 1%’s concerns are theirs as well.

Colonialism and slavery history are the root excuses to decide against those that do oppose illegal immigration in any real way.
