So you aren't willing to state what you believe happened at Hadditha either. You'd rather just make silly partisan assertions. Rather unsurprising.
I wasn't there. Neither were you I would bet. We can believe that our military conducts fair and impartial investigations or we can believe what the left would like us to believe of our soldiers. That they are murderous, inhumane thugs. It is obvious you believe the latter.

That's a good and honorable job to have.

Their efforts also allow fools and nutjobs to voice their opinions withour serious consequences.
Ask any veteran how "pure" they might be. I CUSS like a sailor, but then, I WAS one. I served in the Navy, and saw first hand how "pure" my shipmates were.

Get over it.

Where did I say anything about "pure"?

Are you refuting my opinion that serving in the military is a good and honorable job?

That is what you were trained for, wasn't it? To kill our enemies and destroy their "stuff"?

Actually, serving in the Navy, we tend not to use weapons of war...unless we ARE trained for that. Gunner's Mates, Fire Control technicians are only a SMALL portion of a ship's contingent.

Have you read ANYTHING AT ALL about the verdicts and other dispositions in these cases? Can you point to one that was based on a refutation of the facts on the ground? Your anti-liberal hate-mongering seems ever more to be based on nothing beyond an entrenched MY MILITARY, RIGHT OR WRONG mentality...

In todays services, including the USN, service members are not only taught how to use various weapons, and weapons systems but to also to use their brains - their wits.

I think you may have meant "wits". A "whit" is something very tiny. Some sailors and other service members may resent the use of that word with direct reference to their "brains"...

You made the post alleging the reasons for the acquittals. If you have the links and proof to back up your Opinion/Speculation, maybe you should post them. If not, it's basically your warped opinion of the military, that's all.

And your anti-military hate-mongering shows just how much disdain you have for the military.

Just back up your ridiculous garbage with some facts.

Can't. Don't want to be up on charges. I signed a statement saying that I would NOT reveal any information I came across while I served that might be termed "confidential"...which in the military could be just about anything.
