Well, if I had a choice, I would create a plan to make this world more stable and more peaceful. More careers with less requirements, less gang violence, less teen pregnancy, no racism, and less gas prices.

Universal health care is a primary concern when thinking about "the people". No its not a perfect solution to everything but it is embarrassing that we're the lone industrialized nation not offering it. Seeing that we control about 50% of its wealth, there's no excuse.
