thanks mr moderator man, even though judging abortion by contrived thirds is kinda odd...

i can see how i could/should have added viability, even though thats a vague region of time.

P.S. why do so many people clump rape and health of the mother together? those don't relate at all, and a rape fetus is the same biologically as a non-rape one.

I think the ability to chose more than one option would be more accurate.

Because I feel that it's ok in the first trimester for any reason - but only ok in the third trimester for the mother's safety.

It's sounding like I need to remake the thread with about 40 options AND the multiple choice option...

Which is why polling is an art and not a science...

I don't get why so many liberals in his country rejoice in the taking of young innocent life. Is it because babies don't contribute to society so killing them is OK? We were once a society that valued life. Today, we are no different than Nazi Germany in this aspect, which took newborn Jewish babies and used them for target practice.

Difference being here is that abortion is an ancient practice dating all the way back to ancient Egypt, and we're not taking babies for target practice, we're aborting some cells before they even have the ability to feel pain, think, breathe, do anything.

We're not killing infants, we're killing fetii. Much like you kill skin cells when you take a shower. Or kill bugs when you take a walk. (Granted skin cells will never become humans, but they're on the same intellect level as most fetii in abortions.)

Basically, yes, killing a fetus is okay. In my opinion, it is more moral to kill a fetus and not ruin the mother's life rather than force her to go through the 9 months of bearing a baby that she doesn't even want. Some may cry adoption, but adoption doesn't fix the fact that she's still carrying the baby. Adoption fails to pay for the expensive medical bills for those 9 months and the procedure afterwards. Adoption doesn't pay for missed wages due to loss of work.

Until they can come up with a way to implant the fetus into a test tube and artficially grow it in a lab, I see no way to get around abortions.
