What ever happened to our freedom??? The confederate flag is a part of Southern history and the NAACP is a bunch of idiots with nothing better to do. I wish all these special interest groups like the NAACP, ACLU, et al. would just spontaneously combust!

Some folks have little or nothing to do, other than to stir up the masses which could probably give a hoot about the Confederate Flag in the first place. Idle minds are the devil's workshop. So goes the N-doubleA-CP. They've pretty well defeated their own purpose. Move along, folks, nothing new to see or hear or *** about.

Seems to me the NAACP should be addressing inner-city schools, high school drop out rates and worst of all...teen pregnancy \ unwed pregnancy rates.
However, as we've seen Jesse's view of Obama (cut his nuts off) for touching the serious issues....I suspect many at the top aren't interested in change.
Seriously, think about the advantages you have today if you grow up black AND wealthy. Our CEO was black, his kids went to top schools etc. have all the advantages and when it comes time for college and other jobs they get to take a "slot" where the intended beneficiary was to have been someone from a challenged background. I feel the elite that run organizations like the NAACP have it really really good right now and that they have lost touch with the majority.

That flag being flown on state property in SC makes it a legitimate political issue.
