Its pretty easy to just try and blame that on Bush, but how do the following people get off scott free from any blame:
-People who bought houses they couldnt afford?
-People who have kids they cant afford? (adding to those uninsured numbers)
-Democratic and Republican memebrs of the House and Senate (voting to fund wars that we shouldnt be in)
-People buying suvs, flat screen tvs and iphones that cant afford them
-Lawyers suing anyone that blinks increasing the cost of health care
I'd rather have a womanizing, egomaniac, hypocrite, liar to run my country. But that's just me. Ahh the Clinton years
I don't think I would take alot from this site, note the other links at the bottom. But yet again that's just me.

The President has very little - if any - control over most of the things on that list. Congress has MUCH more control over the issues that impact your day to day life than the President does, and even they can't hold a candle to free market forces on most things.
This is just another Bush bash-fest (with no sources for their figures cited, I might add).
Yawn...
