It's both hilarious AND offensive. It makes it seem that we only get our oil from the Middle East which is wrong since we get most of it from Canada and Mexico. In that implication it is misleading. It also infers that Middle Easterners have something to hide (sunglasses) and that they're undesirable, just like gay people are undesirable (gas pump in the rear).
