A sitting president cannot be impeached unless Congress can prove without doubt he is guilty of high crimes and Treason. Otherwise they have to wait until he is voted out of office. In the meantime they can gof after Cheney. Gonzales, Rove and the rest that conspired to keep the public in the dark.
