There's a bipartisan team of 20 in the House that has come up with an energy plan. They announced it yesterday but then the do-nothing Senate stole their thunder. The spokespersons of this bipartisan group come from Hawaii and Pennsylvania (Neil Abercrombie (D-HI) and John Peterson (R-PA) ).
It's got the whole enchilada: Bill Would Expand Access to Domestic Energy Supplies, Provide Tax Incentives for Renewables, Efficiency and Conservation
I heard Abercrombie (D) and Peterson (R) talking about it on TV this week.
The question is will House Leadership allow it to pass through or will they kill it? I find it hard to believe a bipartisan bill would be killed but who knows so my question to you is after you read it, would you be willing to call your own Congressman and give them a nudge.
