The mafia originated in Sicily; Italy's mob-cosa nostra "Our Thing". The Mafia has to do with manhood, those who turn against government officials; organized crime. The Russian's have the Bratva; Russian Mafiya were everything is chi ki pi ki. Colombian's have cartel's as well as the Mexican "Eme" Mafia, which is different than "MS-13" a criminal gang not well organized. Fast cars, big cigars, and ***** bars.

The Italian Mafia is the government of crime anything that's illegal or gang is paying tax to them. These guys are animals, smart and control everything. The greatness of it all is their under the radar. I can't think of how many companies that are out being extorted and controlled by the Mafia.
