that is pretty likely that the cameraman referred to himself as someone from the "armenian" press. the congressman mentioned that the cameraman was from glendale, calif, which is of course ,home to a very large armenian community.

Good for the congressman. To bad he didn't have a big old dog to help escort out the cameraman. A nice chunk out of his rear end might have helped make a point.

If he identified himself as armenian then that is the standard to which I would hold him. He was rude to the Congressman in the congressman's own home. Pretty sure where ever it is you hail from that is still considered rude. I would have sent him tumbling out my front door.
As for the congressman refering to him as the armenian reporter? If he was the only Armenian there and made the point to call himself Armenian would it not avoid confusion by identifying him that way?
