EARTH—Former vice president Al Gore—who for the past three decades has unsuccessfully attempted to warn humanity of the coming destruction of our planet, only to be mocked and derided by the very people he has tried to save—launched his infant son into space Monday in the faint hope that his only child would reach the safety of another world.
what if the rocket runs out of batteries? or is it solar powered as it gets closer to the sun?

When the buildings are in flames and the earth is imploding, i'm gonna be in my car heading down to the space centre sooo quick that Al will be behind me on the rocket ship.. lol
Not me, we have many folks who cannot differentiate between reality and spoof wandring around the internet. They take stories from publications such as this, create blog discussions, and then get referenced by gullible internet forum posters as legit discussions.
While I certainly have no objection to it, I have no use for it either.
