But oh well.
Actually looking at it from a viewpoint of biology/nature a business transaction is not a bad description of what was intended.

It devalues the power, influence and control of the vagina.

Ask any feminist.

I'm a republican and I say legalize prostitution. One way or another, a man will pay for sex. Who knows? Maybe women will want hot young studs to hire out and service them, as well!

I think your biggest obstacle is that no one will want to live anywhere near these 'red light' districts...they would probably pull property values down...

The same could be said for Burger King outlets.

Yeah, they're being slaughtered all over Nevada by the right-wingers. Why would right-wingers only target them if it were legal;it's not like there are no prostitutes now.

That is a false statement. Not every Republican (let alone "republican"--IRA for instance?) is a right-winger, and not every right-winger is a Republican.

I despise Republicans, but I despise lazy arguments even more.

I don't want to live next to a Burger King, either. But I am serious about being cool with legalizing prostitution...if that is the career a woman or man decides to choose and it can be practiced in a safe manner, why the hell not?

It wouldn't bother me either. I would try to steer my kids in another direction at job fairs, but I wouldn't care if it was legalized.
