Sex cannot be determined that early - so why would they ask you? Genitals do not eevn start to develop until 14 weeks.

The other two clinics should be shut down, too. If this happened outside of a regular doctor's office you can bet there would be hell to pay. Every patient of these doctor's would be contacting lawyers to sue their doctor's for letting this vital and personal information be accessed. The Silent Scream is a piece of garbage that has been debunked MANY times. Besides that the "supposed" age of the fetus in that film is 12 weeks... even though doctors say it's actually much older in reality:
I provided you with links to reputable medical sources that show that you cannot determine gender prior to 12 weeks. Ask ANYONE who has been pregnant. You cannot determine gender that early unless using 3D ultrasounds, and even then it's iffy.
