Moral turpitude is conduct that is considered contrary to community standards of honesty and good morals.

I experienced the "Regan years". They were not good time for me or my family as his failure to support alternate energy projects cost me a business. I have no respect for Ronnie Raygun. I have nothing but contempt for the Republicans that followed. Greed driven warmongers each and every one.

What was the line? "You keep using that word, I do not think it means what you think it means."

Are you absolutely confident that every single person will "learn responsibility"? What is to be done with those that don't, or are still undergoing the learning process?
Having these regulated, has these problems gone away?NO

1. Say one thing and then, do another.

2. The well being of the Saudi "royal" family comes first, second and third.

2. Keep the population distracted with wedge issues and religious fundamentalism and rip everybody off while nobody is looking. (They've taken that one out of the Saudi playbook).

3. Bankrupt the country with runaway borrowing and spending.

4. Squeeze every dime out of the middle class.

And the Dems have yet to prove they're any better.

Of course, you refused to answer my question and proceded to an incorrect assumption of my intent. I never implied that they should. But, like drivng a car, they are adventures that ought to be restricted to people of demonstrated responsibility, and have the potential to harm society if widespread and unregulated. Reguylating these activities will not, and is not intended to make them go away, but rather to protect society from harm that can arise from their excess or abuse. My question was, Do you favor never having any regulations concerning any of these activities, or anything else? Just answer.

Are you from the school that argues that "I can control myself and act responsibly, so what's the problem? I can keep my knees together, so why do we need birth control or abortions or even maternity wards? I can earn six-figures, so why do we need public housing and medicaid?"
