Anyway, this is a one time event! That's not a good deal. Especially when you consider that individuals are losing their virginity daily (probably happening right now) and it happens for free (usually).
For it to be a good deal, it would have to be a long term arrangement where you get to have a go at her multiple times, in every way imaginable, over a course of a few years. And she'd have to be really good. I mean, REALLY good...
