 where in the hell i said we werent winning(which we're not but thats besides the point)and define winning! i didnt write the article fisticuffs nor did the study and i can gurantee you this is correct.. |

The story makes sense to me. Why bother with keeping the violence and bombing up after the people you don't like have either been killed or have fled for their lives.
