BUSHONOMICS = spend 3 trillion dollars willy nilly, dump the bill on the taxpayer, and have nothing to show for it. And the Republicans complain about the Democrat spending? At least when the Democrats spend billions on welfare, those people go out and buy things. The thousands of billions that Bush spent went straight to the rich. This country has become a kingdom, the rich, and their servants.

You expected anything else? Privatize the profits, socialize the losses. Bush is only serving his real constituancy by giving them what they demand.

Hey, kudos to the Dems and Repubs who killed this piece of crap. The reason Paulsen wanted it so bad, was it gives him virtual unlimited control over 700 billion of YOUR dollars. Dont you trust that man - hes in bed with Bush, Cheney, Bernanke and the CEOs.

OP -- $700 billion equals $5300 per tax payer. Based on this, $3 trillion is over $22,300 PER tax payer. I bet a lot of people are happy with the Bush "tax cuts" since this does not show up directly in your IRS form. Plus he sent us a rebate too.

Bush is a neocon, not a conservative.

He trashes the name of republican.

Yeah, conservatives dont raise the debt fron 5 to 10 trillion, and keep another 3 trillion off the books, a neo-con does. The only real conservative out there now is Ron Paul.
