I don't know. People who are clinically depressed may decide to commit suicide, but blaming the decision on financial stress . . . don't think that is a fair assessment. The problem is more likely clinical depression wh/ can lead anyone to feelings of hopelessness and acts of despair. Many people are very good at hiding their depression, even from close family members.
I think the anger has only begun. WHen we find out, months (or maybe years) from now just what has occurred . . . the profit taking by those who are getting bailed out now . . . we may see citizens wanting to climb up windows and throw people out w/ their bare hands. And I am not being rhetorical. I think we are all gonna be very very angry when we find out how many multi-millionaires are gonna walk away from this intact.
That is why I don't get the DEMs' agenda w/ rushing this bail out. How can they be looking out for "the man on the street" by pumping money into Wall Street and investment firms? That is "trickle down" economics at its most blatant! And DEMs rail against "trickle down" economics. It just makes no sense to me at all.

If you think about what you just said, it's the same thing many Republicans have been saying for years. The party has left the base. They're hovering between third and home. We just need to force the run with pop fly and tag the runner out at home.
All they do is talk. R & D don't adhere to their party platforms at all. They are one in the same now. All for the good of the "people" of course. I'm sure you know which people I'm talking about.
Let's hope shame will drive the rest of them to act so honorably... Hopefully, they'll donate their fortunes to those harmed by their misconduct.
Unfortunately, I think we're going to see a lot of people who'll make excuses (rich and poor) for exploiting the situation... but I think lots of pills would resolve a lot of problems while still being hygienic. This guy's splatter must of been a pain in the butt to clean.
Sounds like what was seen during the Great Depression (people killing themselves when they lost everything). When a false god (money) is torn down people react foolishly.
