Generals calling for MASSIVE increase in troops in Afghanistan (sounds like Vietnam in 1966) (Congress, banks)

Now that America is close to sending $700 Billion to the Banks on Wall Street, Congress is in a spending mode. The next big spending is a massive influx of troops and resources into Afghanistan. Let me assure you, the war in Afghanistan is going to be very expensive soon and alot more American troops are going to die.

To me Afghanistan sounds like Vietnam in the mid 1960s. Your thoughts?
