Um, the taxpayer will either profit or at least is insured to break even from this deal. Why don't people realize that?

Now California is asking for a hand me down of 7 billion, WATCH OUT///we will be a socialist country soon, if every other state ask for more Tax paying dollars for thier errors!

Yes, it would be so much better if we just let them all starve to death. All these new agie ideas and high-falutin' social programs have made America worse than 12-th century England. Bring back the good old days when people who deserved to starve to death just starved to death.
