Ok, Republicans, where is the $5 trillion surplus you promised us?
Oh, they have their $5 trillion surplus alright. It is just in their own savings accounts socialized at the expense of the American taxpayer.

Pre-Bush tax cuts, and pre-Iraq war invasion. Take away those two things *alone* and we're almost totally in the black.

Are you kidding me?!?! No, I'm not working. Applied for over 650+ jobs in the last 6 yrs ( I lost count at 650 ) and only a handful of interviews to account for that, so I have every right to complain ( and it should be my concern along with what was then, my co-workers ) about how 350 more people were bent over so a CEO could pad his trust fund at the expense of the American worker ( yeah, corporations are "patriots" aren't they? )

See, I'd like to go to school to add to my skills and market myself better but I wasn't born with a trust fund or a silver spoon in my mouth. I've worked hard for everything I own, and haven't had to sell off too much of it ( not yet ) just to buy groceries, keep the electric on, and waste gas what ends up becoming a waste of my time and $ going to an interview. Tried financial aid but I am single so that was already 2 strikes against me.

Yeah, the *LAST* thing we need in this country is for everyone to be covered in the event of an injury or illness, not invading every single country in the middle east, more well-balanced income ratios ( so there's less of an income gap than the record amount of it we've seen here in the US in over 75 years; pushing the middle class into poverty more and more each year ) and all those damn Tim Horton's restaurants popping up all over the place!

We are the only industrialized country that can't provide Health Care for its citizens. Just think of what a blessing it would be to employers if the government provided Health Care. Even Slave Mart supported Single Payer
