I tend to agree. There is a reason a big apartment slum lord place is being foreclosed on. Not everyone was paying the rent.

Sounds like the next step to private property seizure that the bank now owns. Didn't the banks pay their loan back with interest? 30 days noticed and the government needs to help those track down the guy they have the lease with. After that it is all civil law.
