I saw this story on Good Morning American this morning and it's been driving me nuts every since...

ABC News: Foreclosure Victims Often Leave a Lot Behind

Why are these things just being thrown into a dumpster? Why are they not dropped off to a local charity that would love to have these things to give to the needy and/or sell in their thrift stores.

What a waste!!

Here is a video on foreclosure alley in S Cal. It also talks about the people who clean up the foreclosed homes and how they have no time to call charities as the work they have is so much. Pretty interesting and sad report.
