Cindy McCain benefits far more from this country than the rest of us and that's why she should pay more. Her family's business would not be possible without collective investments in our infrastructure. Why the hell should anyone making a fraction of her income pay for roads and government they don't use? The rich should pay more because they benefit more. Her family's business would not be possible without specific funding from the feds.

I would suggest that you get your butt to an accredited CPA instead of whing and moaning and showing your jealousy. I pull in close to a million each year and I use a CPA. I would never be so stupid as to use TurboTax or anything so minor as that. There are all kinds of loopholes in the taxes. Even when my business was small, my CPA was able to find all kinds of deductions. Just because you haven't the gumption to figure out those deductions don't blame people who do. Blame yourself. And stop being so damn jealous.
You can go 1 step better. Use a tax attorney instead of a CPA.

Because if their investments were probably in (tax free) bonds that would give them less return and no tax in exchange for investing in the country. (offered to anyone)
Don't forget the tons of stock losses people took at that time.
I think they can also defer 10% of your income into a retirement account.
They may also be running a company with employees or losses.
But don't worry, when you die the government confiscates half our assets that we already had taxes paid on.
You can do the same thing with your 25 cents that others did.

It's a matter of giving EVERYONE the tax breaks that the "rich" get. They get out of paying taxes because they depend on more than wages, and have all sorts of loopholes. We, the middle-class, support them because of it. Not to mention supporting the poor, and corporations who get "corporate welfare".
We even give tax breaks to corporations who take jobs overseas! And, that's what McCain wants. We should be giving tax breaks to companies who keep the jobs here.
So, we shouldn't be discussing the McCain's but the people that write the tax laws that you are referring to above.
