My Black friends really don't like being compared to gays, they don't agree with the comparison and are frankly pissed that their struggles are used as a argument for gay marriage or gay special rights.
Gays can vote, Gays can go where they want, drink out of the same water faucet, ride anywhere on the bus.
Black gays can't marry, white gays can't marry, purple gays can't marry...
It's not a race thing, its a taste thing. Gay life is in poor taste, but it is tolerated.

No, gays, as a group, haven't been discriminated against in the same way that blacks have been, but if you don't think gays have faced oppression and violence for simply being who they are, then you're woefully unaware of history.

I'm against locking up people with gay tendencies, but i think many are already in counseling or need it, so what was your point?

And it isn't my fault you don't know history. I have some great public service announcements from the 50s that people like you probably helped author.
