Bush was a go along to get along RINO, Progressive like his Dad. However, he didn't attempt to do the damage Obama did. He really wasn't that bad. but he wasn't that good either. However, he was better than both Gore and Kerry.

Bush was good on the people's right to keep and bear arms/ On everything else -- including most importantly immigration and wars of aggression -- he was hopelessly liberal or leftist.
