Here's another reason why I don't think TX is liable to extract itself from its slide;

Cynthia Dunbar R/Uranus, a member of the TX State Board of Education made a statement on the "Christian Worldview Network" website to the effect that Obama is plotting with the terrorists who plan to destroy us. She also believes that Obama will declare martial law within six months of his inauguration.

Yes folks, this is one of those that sets the curriculum for public schools in TX.

I guess Sarah Palin can fire her search committee for her VP pick for her 2012 run, this pinhead seems like a shoe-in for the job!

Actually, I believe that also. But the same would be happening if McCain had been elected.
The country has already been destroyed by this economic disaster. We're out of gas, we just havent stopped rolling to the curb yet. That will happen about the last week of February.
Just because she's from Uranus, doesnt mean she's automatically wrong about everything, ya know

If the title is what this is about;Texas will be fine. You have to kook at the economy ands the budget of the stae. Boith are in fine shape;whilke many toher staes are looking at real disasters in both.The rest is pure non-sense not backed up by any facts.
