California propositions: Proposition 8, county-by-county map, margin of victory - Los Angeles Times

As predicted, all of coastal California [where 80% of the people reside] is now Democratic from San Diego to Eureka. All of SoCal counties are majority-Democratic except Orange Co. And as the map illustrates even Central Valley counties went Democratic for the first time in decades.

A Republican in California is rare indeed!

Orange county is the last holdout but is surrounded by Democratic Los Angeles & San Diego. People moving into Orange County are not Republican. It's just a matter of time [2012].

As I've told you in numerous threads, we've all escaped. The PROC is all yours, enjoy. If we all have gotten out (which I concede) how did the ban on gay marriage pass, some are speculating it's the Mexicans, as they are very catholic and socially conservative. On a similar topic, did you chime in on my secession thread?

You are right about the Catholic influence. People voted for Obama but some voted against gay marriage. This means some Democrats voted against human rights & many are ashamed. The Knights of Columbus supported TV\ radio ads & a 'Yes on Prop 8' rally outside city hall surprised gay activists.
