I want all of you to remember this next time the local evening news talks about the number of registered sex offenders in the area. Registered sex offenders should have been limited to child predators, a criminal segment that has the highest rate of repeating the same crime even after serving time in prison. It has come to mean Johns who pick up prostitutes and yes, even streakers.

We over react, that is not a sexual offense. People pee, even kids. People have butts and if we see a few of them running down the street I don't see how that is going to scar someone.
