I've posted the relevant statute which defines Obama as a citizen at birth without question, even granting your absurd preposition that he was born in Kenya, a point which you have yet to refute. Now we are off on a tangent about the Electoral College which without a shadow of doubt will elect Obama as President of the United States.

I think a court will likely see that Alan Keyes has standing and the case will proceed. One way or another we will end up seeing Obama's original birth certificate that he refuses to make available to the voters.

Of course now there is a presidential candidate that has filed suit against Obama. As I've said before, this is not going away...
The big question is why did he have the law suit dismissed rather than furnish the information. Does he not think the United States citizens he wants to serve deserve to know that he has the very least qualifications. I am one of those many that wants to know. North Carolina's motto is "to be rather than to seem." Be he a natural born citizen or not? I think this is one that should go straight to the Supreme Court.

The birth certificate in question has been revealed and authenticated. If by some miracle of jurisprudence Alan Keyes (who has no more standing than Berg et. al) is granted his day in court the birth certificate will be entered into evidence but that is a long ways from being presented to the "voters."
Surely, you aren't suggesting that each and every "voter" should receive his or her copy of Obama's birth certificate, or are you?
