No link yet- Bulletin just out from WSJ. Let's see if they go after him as aggressively as they did Martha Steward, and send him to prison.

I guess I needed to put the words "gay" and "Obama" in the title.

Mark Cuban lent support to the 9/11 Truth movement. Curious how in this era of wholesale Wall St meltdown that someone like Paulson gets a big bonus and promotion and Mark Cuban will go to prison. It fits the pattern perfectly.

Please refresh my memory. Who is Mark Cuban? Considering that "insider trading" is how the big boys maintain their wealth in an unfair equities market/casino what has this man done that is unconventional enough to be a prosecutable crime?

So your definition of criminal jsutice and due process is to execute all the people who are engaged in business that you do not patronize, and give people a pass if their business is something that you appreciate the fruits of. A real American, you are.

Cuban always reminds me of the element that fortune plays in our system. Right place and right time. But, a fool and his money will part.

Surest saying besides death and taxes.

Owner of NBA Dallas Mavericks.. became a billionaire in the 90's by heading and selling an online media distribution company. One of the top bidders to buy the Chicago Cubs, but I'd bet MLB is going to ban him from the list for this.. sucks for Cubs fans, since he's a passionate owner who would spend money for great players.

Get this.. he's been totally willing to accept $250k fines for being critical of NBA referees at games, but he committed this insider trading to save himself from losing just $750,000 of stock in a Canadian online company. What's $750k to a billionaire? BIG mistake.
