Smoking is a disgusting, filthy habit that the public should not have to endure (assault, own)

Maybe you and others who feel the same way, should act to get laws changed on cigarettes, call your congressman/ senator every day, tell them to enact tough restrictions on cigarettes.
When opioid prescription drugs started becoming dangerous and causing health problems, the Govt acted very quickly, the first thing they did was to target access, making it very tough for people to even obtain these drugs. There was NO consideration for the larger pharmaceutical industry and how much they stood to loose if these drugs were heavily restricted.
If cigarettes and second hand smoke are THIS dangerous, the same things need to be done as were done to opioid drugs.
All we are requiring are common sense restriction on where tobacco-effluent can be discharged. Not different in substance than laws against public drinking, urination or defecation.
That such rational and sane measures are so mischaracterized demonstrates the vapid and selfish nature of those in opposition thereto.
As I've oft-repeated, keep your filthy disgusting stench to your filthy, disgusting self.
Says someone who wants to dictate what people put in their own bodies and within their own homes and businesses
Thinking you know best for everyone else is the pinnacle of narcissism. Get a grip
It’s funny when smokers think they’re doing a public service by smoking outside of the building, completely ignorant of the massive radius of secondhand smoke the cig is causing due to the wind.
Cigarette smokers are the worst.
I will take a million smokers over a TDS liberal any day..

That's a filthy LIE.
I never once said you can't use tobacco. What I have said repeatedly, is you cant pollute the air others are breathing. One more time rocket scientist - keep your filthy disgusting stench to your filthy, disgusting self.

Reason: personal attack
I’m a smoker and I don’t mind stepping outside a restaurant to light up. Though I think a ban on smoking in bars is over the top. You are polluting your body with alcohol but are against second hand smoke? A drink and smoke go hand in hand. If the bar is also a eating establishment then I agree.

The bars in my area got a huge increase in business when the smoking ban went into effect. Turns out many drinkers don't like smokers, either.
Your comparisons are childish. Nobody puts a pile of cow dung in public areas within scant feet of people breathing, Usually well out in the country side.
Your nonsense about 6-inch pipes on diesel trucks or french whores is such balderdash as to place your insincerity on full display.
Actually it's been quite successful showing the lunacy that abounds in your diatribes and mocks you quite well...

So, you're saying they can smoke as long as they hold their breath and never exhale? What a bunch of waaaaaaaa waaaaaa waaaaa. Life is full of stinky things, some I've listed many I've not. Grow up...
Would you like someone to call you a waaaaambulance?
