Hehe I dont smoke and said so more than once in the thread. Remember you called me a coward for not running to the nearest politician to have my will forced on others.
You seem very upset, careful, non-smokers have heart attacks too.

I wonder why casinos still allow smoking? Is it because they will lose money if people step away from the tables and slots to light up outside? So if there is money to be lost by the establishment due to indoor nonsmoking policy it’s ok to smoke inside, but otherwise forget about it. What a double standard if I ever heard of one.

So it is ok for drug addicts to force their "will", i.e. tobacco effluent, on innocent bystanders, i.e.non-smokers, but, in your dementia, it is NOT ok for the innocent, non-offending majority to solicit their elected reps, to protect their RIGHTS to NOT be assaulted by tobacco addicts spewing their toxic, poisonous, malodorous effluent into the air others are breathing. OMG.

You’re going overboard. I’m a bicyclist and a public transit rider. Why should I have to breathe your poisonous exhaust fumes from your vehicle because you don’t want to take public transit. Double standard?

Why don't you smokers realize the rest of us grew out of needing to suck on a pacifier? Time to grow up.

You havent grown up. You still cant mind your own business and you run crying to mommy and daddy govt when you dont get your way. People who want to legislate their will onto others are the epitome of childish.

No people who want to indulge in a nasty habit that infringes on others air space are the dregs of society.

Cars don't stink, aren't toxic but DO fulfill a vital role in our society. Tobacco stinks, causes cancer and other illness, but makes no positive contribution. In other words, your comparison is worthless.
