As a hardcore Catholic and conservative, I completely agree with you. War is only justifiable in "Just War" situations, where war is absolutely necessary for good and peace.
Iraq was a waste of our time.
War should only be a last resort, ie, something like Ghengis Khan overrunning your country. Even America's so called 'good wars' had a lot behind the scenes motivations, but there is absolutely no way that you can morally justify Iraq or Vietnam.
How about those Christians actually fighting the war - our men and women in uniform? Are you "reprimanding" them also?
They have to answer for themselves.
