why not just get rid of the whole criminal justice system if its not gonna be put to use. Politicians are untouchable i can bet GWB wouldnt pardon a street dude who did all what they did.
And i know for sure Arnold schwargenegger(sp?) would not pardon these guys either

Well Bush Raped our economy, got people killed in a useless war, murdered the justice system whit illegal wire taps, we can go on, and on, and on. So he's only letting out people that are just like himself. Oh, and he has held people captive for years down in Cuba. So in short, GWB is the biggest mistake this country has ever made.

And these pardons come as a surprise? After eight full years of a Bush Administration, what could he possibly do between now and January 20 that would surprise anyone, other than resign from office?
