Well, the blacks rioted burned things down, beat people up. Seemed to work for them. We haven't done that YET, but with all the hate gathering up, the powerkeg is just waiting to be lit. All that needs to happen is a bunch of haters going out there when we protest and starting crap. You know they will and then all hell will break loose. So if you are a hater, stay home while we protest for the rights you've taken away.

If marriage is the pervue of the church, then why does the gov't need to issue marriage licenses? And if the gov't issues marriage licenses, wouldn't separation of church and state apply? Especially since there are churches that will marry same-sex couples?
And might I remind you, some states, like Nebraska, do NOT allow gay marriage, gay civil unions or gay dmestic partnership.
Btw, why should states' rights include banning individuals rights. According to Amendment X of the Bill of Rights, it does not.
you have to ask your congressman for that explenation. I have always believed in seperation from church and state. i thought liberals did too, just goes to show that they like goverment regulating marriage as well.

I used to think that this country was more educated about sexual orientation than it was in the 1950s. The quoted comment above is more evidence that I was wrong.

Would you take your child to Mardi Gras? Would you take it to Cancun during spring break when it is nothing but a huge sex orgy? I don't blame any parent for not wanting their child to see the X rated activites that go on in a gay pride parade. If they have a moral aversion to homosexuality it only makes it worse.
