I'd never heard of the jerk before the whole pageant incident. And nobody can tell me that "Perez Hilton" is his original name; he's riding on the coat tails of an even less talented person (Paris).

Perez got owned because of HIS intolerance. Also, RIP is analogous to "rest in peace, for your 15 minutes is over." It's quite a stretch to consider the video's creator wishes for his death.
He's gay and in hollywood. He can open his yapper and people will be forced to listen. Otherwise, they're easily pigeonholed as a Bush loving redneck gay hater. To be labeled a gay hater in hollywood is a death sentence to your career. Trust me on this...I'm in the academic circle where conservative or libertarianvalues must not be openly declared for fear of not obtaining a tenure track or reducing your pool of collaborators on publications.

That's a laugh. As stated many times in this forum, her clumsy response was anything but true. She stated that we have a CHOICE between choosing same sex or opposite sex. That is NOT true, except in 4 states. Even if a same sex couple who resides in one of the 4 states gets hitched, the civil marriage is still not recognized thruogh the Federal Gov't or most of the other states. Perez Hilton was justified to ask her the question since it is a current event/hot topic of the day.
I felt Miss California's response was acceptable, even though I'm gay. It wasn't offered in a hateful fashion. But this Perez Hilton guy needs to disappear into Mojave. I never heard of him before and I hope I never hear of him again.
