Not new at all. It`s simply Fox resurrecting an old story from Oct and transplanting it to another part of the country....

Target didn't "recall" the doll either. Certain Targets in PA stopped selling it.
And yeah, the story is two months old! Maybe you saw a rerun of Glen Beck.
