According to the affidavit, Blagojevich threatened to appoint Senate Candidate No. 5 if President-elect Obama refused to help get his wife on "paid corporate boards right now."

blackmail? other than that if the state of north carolina and other republicans had no problem with appointing senator racist NO term after term then Jesse Jackson shouldnt even be a issue
