This is reprehensible. And to be clear, this did not happen in the South.
Seems like a lot of this type of crime is Black versus Hispanic.
But both groups commit a disproportional amount of violent crime, versus the majority (white people) who are under-represented in statistics such as homicide.
How does one tell if a person is of 'brown' Mexican (or any other Latin American) heritage or not if they are not speaking Spanish??
In fact: I once knew a Nordic White woman from Ecuador--------she could not pass for 'Latina' if her life depended on it.
In the NY Times article I read on the man, it detailed his trip to America from Ecuador. Most of the wealthy class in most Latin American countries are the white middle and upper class and have had a relatively easy time migrating to America. His family was poor farmers. And the poor of Latin America are often Native American, Mestizo, and in some cases Mulatto. Any of the three would have made him easily more recognizeable.

Umm when did i mention anything about whites in my posts?
White-on-whatever crime rates are always LOWER than the interracial and hate crime rates where Whites are the victims.
Why is this even a question?
Asians have lower crime rates than even Whites do.
I wasn't aware there were any Whites left in New York, that aren't homosexual, 150 lb. single hipsters, or jews. (that's a joke people!). Not to much of a violent threat in comparison to what constitutes the rest of that city.
