Would you rather the war be fought over here?

That does not compute. The war with Iraq was Bush's creation, period. It exists because of Bush and only because of Bush.

You obviously know very little about how our country is run. Bush cannot single-handedly declare war without approval from Congress (both dems and reps).

When did innocent Iraqi citizens become terrorists? What about our soldiers killed for a war started with The Bush Crime Family lies? Did Bush "smoke Osama out of his cave" as he promised to or is Bush too tight with the Saudi royals to kill one of their own? Bush shut down the American military base in Saudi Arabia to accomodate Osama by the way. He gave him just what he demanded. Do you know that most of the 9/11 hijackers are alive and well?
Again, which terrorists in particular are you referring to?

We would have had less casualties had our country been more united. Instead our noisy bickering and dissent over this war had provided our enemies with more ammunition against us.

Bull****, and you know it. For starters, while the president cannot "declare war" (with or without Congress), that doesn't mean he can't invade another country without authorization. Bush (just like his dad in '89 and '91 and Reagan in Grenada in '83) made clear that he regarded going to Congress as a formality, and would invade whether he had Congressional approval or not.

Bush, and only Bush, ordered the guns to fire and the bombs to drop. That he convinced a lot of spineless people in Congress to endorse it is disgusting but irrelevant.

Good. We deserve to lose and lose horrifically in Iraq, because we are the aggressors.

Excuse me but, Congress was told the lies that we were told. At least Obama voted against the illegal occupation of a sovereign nation, that had nothing to do with 9/11.

Let me guess, you are a Bill Ayers supporter/sympathizer. You also don't believe that we landed on the moon and that it was a government conspiracy. As you are clearly into "conspiracy theories".
