This couple is trying to make point (which I am okay with as it's a First Amendment right) but they should not be shocked by the reactions they receive.
shouldn't have been, but apparently were [at least the father]:
Quote:
He sounded surprised by all the controversy the dispute had generated.
at what point does one's first amendment right to name your kid whatever you want collide with choosing a name that is guaranteed to make the kid's life a veritable hell on earth?
adolph hitler campbell knows [or will very soon]...
Ghengis Khan
Ariel Sharon
Josef Stalin
Lenin
Pol Pot
Mao
Bin Laden
there are plenty of worse names.
People forget how much Hitler was loved by millions of people. We've all seen the pictures women tossing flowers, etc. No leader ever had a higher approval rating than Hitler.
William Shakespeare asked, "What's in a name?" Now we know...and in a few years, little A.H. is going to find out for himself.
What if he doesn't fall for "peer pressure"? Maybe the kid won't puff on that joint too, and sit around playing video games like every other kid.
I highly doubt that any obese, mind-numbed American kid will have the guts to take on a dude with the name of Adolf Hitler (even though the "evil monster" himself only weighed 155 lbs.). With the growing Muslim immigrant population and increased awareness of Zionist criminality and Christian-bashing, he might end up with plenty of friends.
Likely, with this kid's parents, they aren't going to be raising some sheep that meekly walks to his doom. He might have his own parabellum to defend himself against hate crimes.
Maybe he will be the most famous person the world has ever known, and he will win the nobel peace prize, and millions of mothers will name their little babies Adolph Hitler (Insert Last Name) and the world will remember little Adolph for all the good work he did.
