Only history has a right to judge presidents. Because we often focus far too much on the present circumstances than the long-term effects of what a president has accomplished.

Personally, it is doubtful that he would be the best, but I don't think you could lump him in with the worst either.

Of course, it's all subjective. I think FDR was one of the worst, doesn't mean everyone agrees.
