Socially Liberal Democrat and I use the bus to get around San Francisco, the train to get home to Bakersfield to visit my parents, and occasionally I use a cab if it's dark and I'm not near some of the bus lines I usually use to get back to my dorm. But in Bakersfield I have a Chrysler 300. I had a Toyota Camry but my dad got an SUV and gave me his Chrysler. The gas mileage is sucky but I only drive it about four months out of the year.
I don't believe in political parties. I vote for the person and what they stand for. Not a party platform
I respect that 100%.
I align myself more along with the Green Party, I'm somewhat Libertarian and I'm somewhat Democratic but the Democrats don't really seem to have any...ovaries/balls...whatever these days. This whole bailout business has me seriously disenchanted, along with many other things.
LOL, LiveLez, this thread is totally funny because I myself have totally judged people on their car & based it on their party affiliation. I think many of us probably do. I myself drive a Toyota Corolla, which is supposed to get excellent gas mileage as all Toyotas do, but I could swear there's a hummer or some other bad gas mileage engine in my car. It doesn't seem to get the mileage I thought it would. Of course, maybe if I actually calculated it, it would be exactly where it should be. Oh yes, I am a liberal...although I'm sure most of you on here know that by now!
