An associate of mine here in Toronto, Paul Jay of the Real News Network, has managed to get some raw news feed from a fellow journalist Fida Qishta.

Fida who is a womans' rights activist,teacher and reports for the Guardian UK lives in Rafah within the Gaza strip.

This gives a real ground view of what the offensive looks like up close.
