I think it should be delayed for up to a year. Many people are not ready, there are not enough coupons for converters and the economy is on the toilet so the last thing people need to be doing is buying DTV sets made in China. What do you think?

I think Obama should worry about bigger issues than TV. I don't see how this is something a president should get involved with...

I think this is a duplicate thread.


I also think the whole thing is silly. How can ANYBODY, who has a TV and has had it turned on during this past year, NOT know about this? It isn't as though they sprang it on us all of the sudden.

Mostly though, I think there are a lot more important issues for Obama to be addressing.

I'm not sure this matters so much, Obama can do whatever he wants. However, it was stupid to mandate a switch anyway.
